Ingredients

  • 1 bowl gram flour
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1/4 table spoon chilli powder
  • To taste salt
  • As needed water
  • Oil to deep frying

Instructions

  • First of all Peel and cut the potato in finger shape. Mix all the ingredients for making batter in a mixing bowl and make a batter. Mix well.
  • Dip potato Fingers in Gram flour mixture and deep fry till golden brown colour.
  • Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.
