Ingredients

  • 500 gms raw mango
  • 250 gms jaggery
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Fenugreek seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon red chiili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala

Instructions

  • First heat up oil in a utensil add cummin seeds and Fenugreek seeds to it let them crackle.
  • Then add turmeric powder and small pieces of raw mango, saute for 2 minutes add salt and 1glass water to it.
  • Boil it until pieces of raw mango became soft then add jaggery to it.
  • Now add red chili powder and garam masala and cook for 5 minutes. Switch off the flame. Laungi is ready to serve. eat with paratha it will give an amazing taste šŸ˜‹
