  • Raw mango
  • Mint leaves
  • Sugar
  • Black salt
  • Roasted jeera powder
  • Black pepper powder
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Peel raw mangoes and cook in a pressure cooker for 2 whistle on a low flame
  • Remove all the pulp . Add sugar into it and cook well for 4-5 minutes.
  • Now blend it with mint leaves. Add rest of the spices and store in a bottle.
  • To make drink take 1/3rd part of it and add 3/4th part of water or soda water. Add some ice cubes in to it. Your aam panna is ready

Notes/Tips

To make it little sour you can also add some lemon juice in to it.
