Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp ghee/oil
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp nigella seeds
  • 1 pinch carom seeds
  • As needed Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl Make a semi hard dough.It will take about 1/4cup water.
  • Cover and leave for 15 minutes.Roll into 1/2cm thick sheet.
  • Cut into your desired shape.
  • Deep fry on medium flame till golden.
  • Serve.
