- Heat ghee in a pan. Add flour and roast it on low flame till its colour changes little.
- In another vessel, melt jaggery in water. We only have to melt the gur and not make get to any strings consistency.
- Meanwhile, stir the flour and roast till you get a bhuna aatta aroma and the colour of the flour has also changed to a light brown colour.
- Add the jaggery water in it and stir continuously. Now on high flame, stir, breaking lumps, if any and cook till the water evaporates and it leaves the ghee on the sides.
- Serve hot.
