  • Red chilli
  • Yogurt
  • Cumin
  • Mustard
  • Fenugreek
  • Tomatoes
  • Bell pepper
  • Oil
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Dil leaves
  • Vinegar
  • Sugar

Instructions

  • Heat a pan add red chillies, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, dry roast this and put it into the blender and make a powder, in this add tomato, bell pepper make a paste. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, salt, cook the onions till golden in colour, add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, saute it and add dill leaves mix it well and add the prepared achari masala, coriander powder, mix it well cook this till oil is oozing out and add yogurt, water, mix it and add vinegar, sugar, cook this till oil oozes out add fried paneer cook this some time and serve this hot.
