Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate 500 grm
  • Mix nuts 30 grms
  • Green cardamom powder 10 grm
  • Saffron 10 grm
  • Dry ginger powder 25 grm
  • Ganthoda powder/ peepramul powder 25 grm
  • Black pepper powder 5 grm
  • Cinnamon powder 5 grm
  • Cloves powder 5 grm
  • Nutmeg powder 5 grm

Instructions

  • Firstly mix all dry spices powder.
  • Now melt the chocolate by double boiler method Or Mirco the chocolate in microwave at regular interval of 20 seconds. Mix and melt it well, till it smooth and silky and shiny.
  • Now divide the chocolate into two pieces, In one part add the above masala mix and nuts in it.
  • Now pour the plain melted chocolate in the moulde to make a shell or base, allow to set in the fridge for few seconds, repeat the process two times.
  • After the base is set, pour the second part of chocolate in it. Again allow to set, then seal or cover it with plain chocolate and allow to set completely.
  • Wrap the chocolates with wrapper and store in airtight container upto 3 months.

Notes/Tips

U can use milk chocolate in place of dark chocolate, even a combination of two can be done. U can use them as hot stirrer chocolate too or like a chocolate bomb.
