  • Oil
  • Ginger
  • Green chillies
  • Sugar salt
  • Tamarind

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add grated ginger, and saute it. To it add green chillies and saute it, later add sugar and tamarind pulp and then off flame. Transfer into mixie jar and add salt later blend into a smooth paste. Ready to serve.
