  • Ginger
  • Green chillies
  • Oil
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Tamarind
  • Water

Instructions

  • In a bowl add water and tamarind soak them for 20 minutes. Then squeeze the tamarind from water and keep the juice in a bowl. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, and saute it. To it add green chillies and saute it, later add sugar and switch off flame. Transfer into mixie jar and add salt and tamarind juice to it. later blend into a smooth paste. Serve.
