  • Milk
  • Chia Seeds
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Maple Syrup
  • Vanilla extract
  • Almond Butter
  • Raspberries

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, chia seeds, coconut flakes, maple syrup, vanilla extract. Mix well and let it sit for a couple of minutes. In 2-3 small jars, layer the milk and chia mixture, almond butter and raspberries to fill the jars.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
