Ingredients

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup roasted almond powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mix Dryfruit
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup ghee

Instructions

  • Heat a ghee in heavy bottom pan on medium flame. Add a rava and roast till mild change a colour.
  • Than add a Almond powder and mix well. Than add a sugar, cardamom and milk. Stirring continues till halwa consistency and switch off the flame.
  • Pour the halwa in serving bowl and garnish with Dryfruits. Ready Rakhi special lein, delicious, healthy Almond Rava Halwa for lein brother.
