Instructions

  • To blanch almonds, boil whole almonds in water for 3 to 4 minutes. Switch off the flame and let it cool down completely. Then peel off the almonds. Now, put all the blanched almonds on a napkin and let it dry completely for an hour or so. When completely dried then blend the almonds,saffron well and store.
