- Soak almonds overnight n peel their skin.
- Soak a pinch of saffron strains in lukewarm water. Boil the milk adding sugar. Let it be at room temperature.
- Now, take peeled almonds, pinch saffron strands n little milk. Grind coarsely. Then add more milk n grind smooth.
- Take the almond milk out in a glass n if you want it to be served chilled, keep it in the fridge. Otherwise, enjoy it as it is.
- Garnish with some saffron strands n almond shavings. Enjoy the healthy drink.
