Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg lady’s finger (bhindi)
  • 1 potato
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 green chili’s
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2-3 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  • Firstly add oil in a Kadhai fry potatoes until slightly golden & remove it.further add chopped lady’s fingers and fry for a minute then add all spices once it’s fried add potatoes toss it and it’s ready.
  • Our delicious & healthy meal aloo bhindi ki sabzi for breakfast is ready to serve with hot chapatis…!
