  • Potato
  • Capsicum
  • Garlic and ginger crush
  • Onion
  • Maida
  • Cornflour
  • Green chilli
  • Salt
  • Vinegar
  • Soya sauce
  • Chilli sauce
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder
  • Spring onion

Instructions

  • Cut potato as per your prefferance eg frence fries / wedges and soak them in water for about 15 mins
  • Drain water from the cutted potato add 2 tbs of maida and cornflour each with salt and pepper add 1 tbs of water, coat it nicely and fry them in medium hot oil till it turns crispy
  • Set aside the fried potatoes, for gravy cut onions and capsicum in juliens, to a pan add 2 tbs of oil add green chillies as per your taste , ginger garlic crush saute it then add onions and capsicum saute for 2-3 mins
  • For slurry take a bowl add soya sauce , chilli sauce and corn flour 1 teaspoon each with water make a slurry and add to sauted vegetables
  • Add salt to taste as soon as the gravy turns thick and tranperant add fried potatoes garnish with spring onions enjoy the tasty aloo chilli with your loved ones

Notes/Tips

Dont add too much of water to slurry
