Ingredients

  • 200 gms Boiled Potato
  • 2 Cups Gehu Ka Atta
  • 1 Tsp Cummin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 Tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 3 tbsps Butter 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds 1 tbsp Pumpkin seed
  • 2 tbsp Milk or as needed

Instructions

  • Grate the potato. Preheat oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix the Cummin seeds, salt, baking powder, and WWF. Then mix in the butter after that add the grated potato, mix and knead, if needed add milk to get a medium soft dough. At last, add the Rolled Oats and sunflower and pumpkin seeds, and knead the dough again so that the ingredients are evenly distributed in the dough.
  • Divide the dough into 16 pieces. Form round balls and press in between your palm. Place on the baking tray and then press with anything you have like bhakri presser or medium-size bowl/ glass and make it thinner. In this way, do for all. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes till you get a nice golden color and 15-20 minutes at 100°C. Once out, Keep the cookies for 5 -10 mins on the tray and then transfer to the wire rack and let it cool completely. As it cools it will turn crispy.
  • Total baking time depends upon the size of the oven. Enjoy with Tea or coffee! Bon Appetite!
