Ingredients

  • Bread slices 10
  • Boiled potatoes 8 medium size
  • Blend green peas 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Pav bhaji masala 1 tsp-2 tsp
  • Butter for applying and shallow frying
  • Sandwich green chutney as required

Instructions

  • In mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Now apply butter and green chutney on bread slices stuff the above stuffing and shallow fry on tawa by applying butter.
  • Serve it hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.

Notes/Tips

If the mixture is spicy then u can add amchur powder to balance the taste.
