  • Pea
  • Maida
  • Black Salt

  • Boiled peas
  • Red chilli powder
  • Roasted Cumin powder
  • Curd
  • Sweet tamarind chutney
  • Coriander chutney
  • Chaat masala
  • Sev
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped tomatoes

Instructions

  • First take 2 cups of water and add 1 kg small potato and boil it in a pressure cooker.
  • Soak the boiled potato and keep Ready with boiled peas.
  • Next take a pan and give 2 table spoon of oil.
  • Once oil is heat, put jeera.
  • fry the jeera and then put soaked potato and pea on that.
  • when the potato is fried then put jeera powder, red chili powder, salt, turmeric and chat masala.
  • Cook the potatoes and peas well. After it has got some brown texture, keep it aside.
  • Take some Maida and boiled potatoes and make a dough.
  • Take a bowl and shape that dough as a Katori.
  • Heat oil for deep frying. fry the aalu ka katori in that oil.
  • Once aalu ka katori is fried then take this and place it on a Plate. then place the potato and pea masala, which is already prepared, inside the alu ka kotori.
  • then add onion, tomato, green chilli, blacksalt, curd, green chutney, sweet imli chutney chilli powder, jeera powder, chaat masala. Garnish with chopped coriander and sev.
