  • Boiled Potato
  • Paneer
  • Peas
  • Ginger Garlic paste
  • Capsicum
  • Vermicilli
  • Green Chilli

Instructions

  • Boil the peas. Chop Capsicum. Mix them in boiled and mashed potatoes. Add green chillies, Ginger Garlic paste, Red chilli powder, some salt as per Taste, turmeric Powder, grated Paneer. Mix them well.
  • Make a slurry of Maida and water. Make the tikkis in nest shape by digging a hole in the centre. Pour the tikki in slurry and then to the vermicilli in the plate . Add vermicilli in all Places.
  • Put the tikki vermicilli coated in fridge for around 15 minutes. Till then let's make eggs from paneer.
  • For making egg from paneer we need to crumble some paneer and place it in a bowl. Add chat masala, Black pepper powder. Mix it well. After that give it the shape of eggs.
  • When the tikkis are ready fry them untill golden brown. After that fry our paneer eggs. Place the eggs on our nest so that it looks like a bird Nest.
