  • Potatoes
  • Green peas
  • Capsicum
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Green chilles
  • Chilli powder
  • Tumeric
  • Paneer
  • Black pepper
  • Mint leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt

Instructions

  • For tikkis,In a bowl take boiled potatoes,green peas, capsicum,chopped ginger and garlic,chopped coriander,finely chopped green chilles and grated paneer. Now add salt, of chilli powder and turmeric to it and combine everything.
  • Shape the tikkis into round and make a small dent in the center with you thumb to form the nest shape.Now dip these in a thin batter made with flour (maida) and water, then coat in broken vermicelli,at this point the tikkis should look like the nest.
  • Chill the birds nest for 15 mins.Now heat the oil in a kadhai & deep fry till golden.
  • For paneer eggs,take half cup grated paneer,half tsp black pepper powder and salt as per taste mix them properly and shape them on to small eggs and deep fry for 30 seconds.
  • In the mean time prepare green chutney, take some mint leaves ,coriander leaves,a green chilli, add some lemon juice and salt as per taste now grind the mixture.
  • For assembling, take the birds nest add a spoon of green chutney in the center, add couple of mint leaves or coriander leaves and place 2-3 small eggs over it. Now serve with green chutney or ketchup
