- Combine potatoes, onion, green chillies, chopped mint and chopped coriander in a bowl and mix. Add lemon juice, chaat masala, salt and peanuts and mix well. Put some potato mixture and pomegranate pearls in individual serving bowls. Squeeze out green chutney and yogurt. Sprinkle some chaat masala and put some sev. Repeat the process till all ingredients are used. Drizzle some more yogurt and green chutney and put some sev on top. Serve immediately garnished with chopped coriander.
