- In a deep bowl mash boiled potatoes, now add poha and grated paneer. Mix them with your hands and add all dry spices along with coriander.
- When all ingredients are mixed make equal balls and flatten them in shape of tikkis. Add some oil to a nonstick pan and add tikkis for shallow fry on low to medium flame. Once done from one side turn them over to cook from other side.
- When both sides are cooked and tikkis get their brown colour remove them from the flame. Serve them hot with coriander-mint chutney or tomato chutney.
