Aloo and poha tikkis

  • Boiled potatoes
  • Poha
  • Paneer
  • Chopped coriander
  • Green chillies chopped
  • Garam masala
  • Red chilli
  • Powdered cumin
  • Dry mango powder
  • Salt

Instructions

  • In a deep bowl mash boiled potatoes, now add poha and grated paneer. Mix them with your hands and add all dry spices along with coriander.
  • When all ingredients are mixed make equal balls and flatten them in shape of tikkis. Add some oil to a nonstick pan and add tikkis for shallow fry on low to medium flame. Once done from one side turn them over to cook from other side.
  • When both sides are cooked and tikkis get their brown colour remove them from the flame. Serve them hot with coriander-mint chutney or tomato chutney.
