  • Coriander powder
  • Garam masala
  • Cumin powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Ladies finger
  • Potato

Instructions

  • In a pan add oil, tempering and finely chopped onions, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped green chilies, ginger paste, chopped tomatoes And also add coriander powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and saute it. Add some water. Chop ladies fingers and potato of long length and saute them in oil. Then add them to the above mixture. Cook it for few minutes and remove from flame.serve hot.
