Ingredients

  • Gram flour - 2 cups
  • Boiled potato - 5 (medium size)grated
  • Salt - 1t.sp
  • Assafoetida - 1/4 th. t.sp
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 t.sp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 t.sp
  • Garam masala -1/2 t.so
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Sieve gram flour.Add salt,red chilli powder, assafoetida, turmeric powder,garam masala and boiled potato.Make soft dough.Rest it for 15 min.
  • Heat oil in a karahi,take Sev machine,grease it from inside,fill it with gram flour dough,close it and press it to make aloo bhujia,directly in the oil.Fry it on both the sides on medium heat.Fry all the aloo bhujia in batches,
  • Your delicious aloo bhujia is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
