Instructions

  • Soak the dried chickpeas in water overnight. Later drain the water. Add the chickpeas, potatoes, and 3-4 cups of water to the pressure cooker. medium to high flame for 7-9 whistles. Take out the potato from the gram and peel it and keep the gram aside. Take a frying pan and heat oil. Add cumin seeds and fennel seeds. Add ginger-garlic paste. Then add onions paste and fry until golden. Now add tomato paste and cook it some time. After that add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well. and Cook until the masala leaving the oil. After that add chana and mash potato. Now mix well. And then add hot water as you needed. Cook it for 7-8 minutes. Then add chopped green coriander leaves. Serve hot.
