Instructions

  • Peel the potatoes. Slice the potatoes in a potatoes slicer. Transfer the sliced potatoes to the big bowl filled with water. After half hour, place all the potatoes one by one on a cloth for drying. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, add one by one potatoes slices and fry it on medium flame until crispy. Sprinkle some salt and serve.
