Ingredients

  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 4 Potatoes (boiled)
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • as per taste Salt
  • as required Oil for frying
  • few Coriander leaves
  • as needed water

Instructions

  • In a bowl add potatoes, salt and red chilli.Add chopped coriander leaves and mix all the stuffing.
  • Knead a soft dough of wheat flour Now pinch a small size of dough flatten it with water place stuffing over it again wet your palm and seal from all the sides and make a ball.. now keep this ball on a wet plate and flatten it carefully and slowly else it's break
  • Heat oil in a wok and fry it till crisp and brown from both the sides
  • Serve.
