  • Maida
  • Wheat flour
  • Baking powder
  • Sugar
  • Ghee
  • Yougurt
  • Oil
  • Potato
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coriander
  • Green chillies
  • Amchur powder
  • Garam masala
  • Sesame
  • Salt
  • Ginger

Instructions

  • Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, wheat flour, baking powder, sugar, ghee, yogurt and mix thoroughly to make a soft dough, apply little oil and keep aside. Take a bowl and add mashed potato, red chili powder, coriander leaves, green chilies, amchur powder, garam masala, mix nicely and make round balls for stuffing. Divide the dough into small portion, press it with hands. Later stuff masala and close the edges. Place it on the polythene sheet, press it lightly and sprinkle black sesame seeds, ginger, coriander leaves. Apply little oil to hands and press it. Then sprinkle little water like as shown in the video. Place it on the hot tawa and cook with the lid on it. Turn on other side and cook it again with closed lid on it. Transfer it to a plate and apply oil on it. Now the chilli aloo tava kulcha are ready to serve.
