  • 5 potatoes
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1/2 Bowl matar
  • 4 green chillies
  • As per taste salt
  • Half teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2-3 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  • leaves Some coriander

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  • Then add chopped onion and green chillies to it. Add chopped tomatoes and matar and saute them till they become soft.
  • Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, coriander powder to it.
  • Add the potatoes and stir. Add water and let the potato curry cook for three whistle then on a low flame for 4-5 minutes.
  • Garnish with some coriander leaves. serve this sabji with pooris or roti.
