- Heat the oil in pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
- Then add chopped onion and green chillies to it. Add chopped tomatoes and matar and saute them till they become soft.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, coriander powder to it.
- Add the potatoes and stir. Add water and let the potato curry cook for three whistle then on a low flame for 4-5 minutes.
- Garnish with some coriander leaves. serve this sabji with pooris or roti.
