  • Potato
  • Spinach
  • Cumin seeds
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Ginger green chilli paste
  • Hing
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Boil, peel and cut potatoes. Wash palak and chop roughly. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds,turmeric powder, ginger chilli paste, hing, chilli powder and coriander powder. Give a quick sauté and add the palak. When it wilts, add potato, salt and mix well. Cook covered for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
