- Grate paneer and boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add chopped onions, salt, red chilli flakes, oregano and schezwan sauce. Mix well. Add enough maida,corn flour and knead a soft dough. Divide the dough and roll them into a ball and press it gently and make kebabs. Make corn flour slurry by mixing the flour with some water. Dip the kebabs in the slurry and deep fry in hot oil. Serve with ketchup,tomato sauce.
