  • Potato
  • Maida
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Water
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • Curry leaves
  • Turmeric powder
  • Green chillies
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Garam masala

Instructions

  • Take boiled potatoes in a bowl, sprinkle salt, mash them and keep aside. Prepare dough by using all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, oil, water andlet it rest. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds when splutter add cumin seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder, green chillies,red chilli powder, coriander powder, garammasala powder, salt, mashed potatoesand saute well. Now take same portions of dough, stuff with potato mixture, rollthem tosmall puris and deep fry into the hot oil. Hot and Delicious Aloo Puris are now ready to serve.
