  • Potato
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Garam masala
  • Corinader
  • Cooked rice
  • Onion
  • Oil
  • Cumin
  • Mustard

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add oil,cumin, mustard, corinader and saute. Then add chopped onion,potato and mix well and cook until potato gets soft. Then add salt,red chilli powder,garam masala and mix well. And cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add cooked rice and mix. Serve hot with raita.
