  • Aloo
  • Maida
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Cumin
  • Chillies
  • Green chilli paste
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Onions
  • Turmeric
  • Garam masala
  • Coriander seeds

Instructions

  • To make samosa sheets: take 1 cup of maida and add some water and knead it well and make it a soft dough.keep it aside for 30 minutes. Then take half portion from the dough and make it like a semi thick sheet using belan. Stuff for the samosa: place a pan on stove and add 2tbsp of oil and then add ginger garlic,onions,cumin and crushed coriander seeds saute well then add garam masala,turmeric and chopped chillies and chilli paste,mix well and cook for 2 minutes then add boiled and smashed potato.potato stuff is ready Take a sheet and cut it horizontally and place potato stuff in between and fold in diagonally then press the corners..to get rid of not allowing stuff to come out while deep frying Then take a pan and pour oil for deep frying then place the the prepared samosa in oil and fry until they turn golden brown.

Notes/Tips

Add this with tomato ketchup.
