Ingredients

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • pinch hing
  • leaves as required Few curry
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 potatoes,boiled & mashed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • as required Green chutney
  • as required bread slices per sandwich

Instructions

  • For aloo, filling Take a pan and heat 2 tsp oil and splutter mustard seeds Add a pinch of hing and a few curry leaves. Also add garlic, chili, coriander, and saute well.
  • Now add turmeric powder and stir add boiled and mashed potato and salt too.
  • Mix well making sure all the spices are combined well with potato.
  • Turn off the flame and let the mix cool. Take two bread slices and butter them.
  • Now take a sandwich maker. Keep one bread slice(buttered side down) Put 2-3 tbsp potato filling and cover with the other bread slice (buttered side up)
