- For aloo, filling Take a pan and heat 2 tsp oil and splutter mustard seeds Add a pinch of hing and a few curry leaves. Also add garlic, chili, coriander, and saute well.
- Now add turmeric powder and stir add boiled and mashed potato and salt too.
- Mix well making sure all the spices are combined well with potato.
- Turn off the flame and let the mix cool. Take two bread slices and butter them.
- Now take a sandwich maker. Keep one bread slice(buttered side down) Put 2-3 tbsp potato filling and cover with the other bread slice (buttered side up)
