Ingredients

  • Amaranth greens 200-250 grams
  • Green chilly 2-3
  • Fat garlic cloves 4
  • Salt As per taste
  • Oil 1-2 tablespoon

Instructions

  • Wash the amaranth leaves thoroughly in water. Chop the leaves along with the tender stem.
  • Chop green chillies and garlic too and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped green chillies and garlic and saute for a minute.
  • Add the chopped amaranth leaves and season with salt.
  • Mix well and stir fry for 10-12 minutes. Your tasty and healthy amaranth leaves stir fry is ready to be serve. Enjoy it as a side dish with your meal.
