  • Mini idli 1 cup
  • Sambar 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • Gratted coconut 4 tbsp
  • White coconut Chutney 1 tbsp
  • Tomato Chutney 1 tbsp
  • Salty Boondi 1 tbsp
  • Masala Boondi 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • Take serving bowl, add the mini idli and pour the sambar on it.
  • Top up with onion, tomato, coriander, coconut, chutneys and boondi

Notes/Tips

In place of mini idli u can use the chop idli also.
