- Take out the slices in a bowl and add sugar. Mix it well and keep aside for 2,3 days. Every morning took a spoon and mix it well. After 3 days drain all sugary water from slices...You can use this sugary water as a amala sharbat.
- Slices be A-side and dry in the shade for a further 2-3 days, toss them in powdered sugar once they have dried, this allows any extra moisture to be absorbed by the sugar. You can eat 2-3 cloves of candy early morning in winter.
