Ingredients

  • 5 amla
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • as per taste salt
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • as required Few Curry Leaves

Instructions

  • Boil amla and cut into pieces.
  • Add turmeric, asafoetida and red chilli powder. Mix well. Now add curd and mix well.
  • Now temper the ingredients. Add the tempering to it. Mix well. Healthy side dish recipe is ready to serve.
