500 gms Amla
500 gms Amla
100 gms bhura/ powdered sugar
25 gms powdered black pepper
to taste Black salt
to taste Chaat masala

Instructions

First, put amla in the freezer for 3 days.
Then take it out and boil it.
Then amla ki kaliya nikal lo.
Then add sugar and put it in sun for 5 days.
When sugar melts and amla gets dried then add bhura to it and all the spices.
