- Wash & grate amla. Now take a nonstick pan or wok,add oil heat it proper add jeera fennel & cardamom. When spices craked,add grated amla.
- Keep string,for 4 to 5 min. Now add grated gur mix proper. Gur & amla release their water, so keep stir on high flame.
- Now add left over spices cook it till total water absorbed. At last add seeds & roast it some more time on low flame.
- Now it ready keep it aside for cool. If we like some another dry fruits can add in it.
- Note -- we can't cook amla into brass or aluminum pot it's harmful.We can store it for 2 to 3 months in refrigerator. It tasty digestive & different taste amla Chanda.
