- Take a bowl add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, chopped mint leaves, fried onions, chopped coriander leaves and mix properly. Then add some water to it, make a slurry. Heat some extra oil in a pan add red chillies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, kalonji, curry leaves saute it. To it, add chickpea flour, mix it well and add prepared slurry and tomato puree. Even add green chillies, add some water, cook this for 10 minutes then adjust the seasoning add some salt, sugar. At last, add boiled and fried eggs and let it cook for some time then switch off the flame. Serve this with naan or chapati.
