Ingredients

  • 2 cup curd (not sour)
  • 2 tbsp powder sugar
  • 1 pinch cardamom powder
  • 1 cup grapes
  • as required Some chopped nuts
  • 1/2 tsp senda namak(vrat salt)
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • as needed Some chopped coriander

Instructions

  • First sieve the curd.
  • Chopped grapes.
  • Add in the curd, add salt, roasted cumin powder, sugar, cardamom powder. Mix.
  • Add chopped dry fruits. Mix.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and grapes. keep in fridge, serve chilled with puri, parantha, biryani.
