Ingredients

  • Anjeer/figs
  • Dates
  • Gond
  • Desicatted coconut
  • Ghee
  • Soonth powder
  • Mixed dryfruit

Instructions

  • Soak 20 figs in a bowl in warm water for one hr
  • Then drain water make paste of this anjeer in mixy without water
  • In a pan heat ghee ,low down flame saute this anjeer paste with chopped dates till it gets soft
  • Now add fried gond to it with soonth powder and desicatted coconut
  • When this forms a mixture add walnut ,cashewnut ,almond crushed roughly coarse powder of it to this mixture
  • Mix all well till mixture leaves pan ,switch off the gas
  • Let this mixture come to room temp
  • Now make toffees / chocolates out of this
  • Wrap it .serve it

Notes/Tips

U can add Coco powder / coffee powder to this just 1 TSP around if u like that flavour
