- Soak 20 figs in a bowl in warm water for one hr
- Then drain water make paste of this anjeer in mixy without water
- In a pan heat ghee ,low down flame saute this anjeer paste with chopped dates till it gets soft
- Now add fried gond to it with soonth powder and desicatted coconut
- When this forms a mixture add walnut ,cashewnut ,almond crushed roughly coarse powder of it to this mixture
- Mix all well till mixture leaves pan ,switch off the gas
- Let this mixture come to room temp
- Now make toffees / chocolates out of this
- Wrap it .serve it
