- Boil 1 cup milk for 3 minutes then add anjeer / fig. Mix...well and stir it continuously till the anjeer become soft or tender... Once it is done. Keep aside and cool it...Transfer the mixture in a grinder and make a coarsly paste...
- Transfer the mixture in a bowl. Add 3/4 cup milk, 2 tbsp powder sugar or as needed
- 4 tbsp milk nestle milk powder.....Mix...welll. Again transfer to a blender and grind it into paste...Once it is done then transfer to a bowl....
- Cover with a aluminum foil. Refrigerate for 6 hrs. After 6 hrs. take out from the refrigerate. Again grind it for 6 minutes....So that the ice will melt and it should be in thick consistency....Once it is done... Transfer to a plastic boxx.....
- Wrap with aluminum foil. Refrigerate for 1 day.......Once it is set. Next day take out from the refrigerate. Enjoy heaalthy and delicious Fig Ice Cream with your friends and relatives.
