- Wash the boneless chicken pieces, drain it. Add pepper powder chili sauce, salt & egg mixture, Maida, corn flour & fry It In the oil & keep aside. Put the pan on the fire and add oil. First add red chillies then add green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, capsicum, after that add red chili powder. Now add curd & chicken pieces. Continue to cook. Lastly add ajinamato. And mix well and serve hot with rice, chapathi.
