- Take poha n wash them well. Strain water completely. Now mash poha. It will form like a soft dough. Add semolina and curd. Chop tomato, onion and capsicum finely.
- Mix curd, semolina and Poha adding water. Add onion, tomato, green chillies n capsicum. Add boiled sweet corn n green peas. Add coriander leaves, salt n pepper n baking soda
- Mix everything well. Heat an appam pan. Brush each mold with oil n fill a spoonfuls of mixture. Cover n cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Then change side of each appam n again cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Remove when they are ready from both sides. Repeat the process for another Appams.
- Serve with tomato ketchup. Pack in lunch box with tomato ketchup
