- 1. Add all the chopped vegetables in semolina. Add curd and 1/2 cup milk
- 2. Mix all the ingredient well and add salt, chilli flakes, oregano and coriander in the batter
- 3. Put the mould on gas flame and grease it with oil. Put the batter in the mould after its heated
- 4. Turn around after few minutes if its cooked from the down side
- 5. Cook until its golden brown color and take out from the mould and repeat the process
