Ingredients

  • 2 cups suji/semolina
  • 1 cup curd
  • Chopped carrot ,onion, green chilli, peas tomatoes
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Mix suji and curd add little water to make a thick batter , add salt and let it rest for 1/2 hour .
  • Heat oil in pan , add mustard seeds ,chopped vegetables and saute them for 2 minutes
  • Add saute vegetables in suji batter and mix well.
  • Greece the appe pan with oil and heat it ,add batter in each hole. And let it vook on slow flame.turn in after 2-3 minutes using spoon
  • And let it cook on other side. Serve with coconut chutney ,tomato ketchup .

Notes/Tips

Let the batter rest so appe will turn out soft. Do not cook on high flame otherwise they will get burnt.
