- Mix suji and curd add little water to make a thick batter , add salt and let it rest for 1/2 hour .
- Heat oil in pan , add mustard seeds ,chopped vegetables and saute them for 2 minutes
- Add saute vegetables in suji batter and mix well.
- Greece the appe pan with oil and heat it ,add batter in each hole. And let it vook on slow flame.turn in after 2-3 minutes using spoon
- And let it cook on other side. Serve with coconut chutney ,tomato ketchup .
