Apple Almond Kheer

Ingredients

  • Milk 3 cups
  • Sugar 10 tsp
  • Soaked and crushed almond paste 10
  • Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
  • Gratted apple 1

Instructions

  • Take a milk in heavy bottom pan and add sugar and bring a boil to it.
  • Now add almond paste and boil till it's reduced to half and little bit thick. Now off the flame add the green cardamom powder and nutmeg powder & mix it.
  • Now cool it completely and add gratted apple to it.
  • Serve it immediately or chill in fridge then serve it.

Notes/Tips

Grate the apple at time of adding... otherwise it will turn brown
